Read from June 20 to 21, 2014

The stakes have never been higher, because her kingdom isn’t the only thing she stands to lose. After falling for both Finn and Loki, she’s about to make the ultimate choice…who to love forever. One guy has finally proven to be the love of her life—and now all their lives might be coming to an end.
Everything has been leading to this moment.  The future of her entire world rests in her hands—if she’s ready to fight for it.
This was really good! After all the changes and chaos in Torn, Ascend was like a breath of fresh air!
I just absolutely loved how everything got concluded like that and everyone was so happy at the end that it left me smiling to myself when I finished reading! And that epilogue and short story at the end literally killed me! So fluffy and so many feels!

Hocking ended this series in the most amazing way possible and it felt soooo good to see everyone get their happily ever after!

Amazing conclusion, amazing series!

"

[SPOILERS]

I have no word a to describe how amazing, spellbinding, beautiful, awesome, epic and perfect this book was!

Cassandra Clare, you are the God of Writing!

There was so much going on and it was so emotional that I ended up crying multiple times! Everything felt so real, and I realized that the Shadowhunter-verse is so real for me!

There was Clary and Jace and Simon and Isabelle and Alec and Magnus and Jordan and Maia and the Blackthorns and Tessa and Jem and everyone was so amazing!

This has got to be the best book I have ever read! It absolutely changed the way I look at the world, and I'm always gonna keep looking back to try and spot a glamoured Shadowhunter!

And I cried so much! I cried when Jordan died, when Clary hallucinated how everything could have been, when Johnathan died, when Simon got his memories erased, and throughout the epilogue!!!

This has got to be the best conclusion and TMI has got to be the best series ever! I have never read anything so beautiful ever before!

And I lived in it. Everything was so realistic and the characters were actually real people to me, they still are! When I look back at how far I've come with these characters since CoB I just tear up! The Shadowhunters have been a real part of my life since I first stumbled into their universe and I will always have a special place in my heart for them!

And I know that this isn't the end, that there's TDA and TLH coming up, but I just can't shake off the feeling that TMI is the heart of the Shadowhunter-verse and ending that series is like a blow to me heart!

Blood Review: Starcrossed (Starcrossed, #1) by Josephine Angelini

Read from June 11 to 13, 2014
Destiny brought them together.
The gods will keep them apart.
When shy, awkward Helen Hamilton meets Lucas Delos for the first time, she thinks two things: the first, that he is the most ridiculously beautiful boy she has seen in her life; the second, that she wants to kill him with her bare hands.
An ancient curse means Lucas and Helen are destined to loathe one another. But sometimes love is stronger than hate, and not even the gods themselves can prevent what will happen next...
OH MY GOD!!! This was soooooooo amazing!

I loved everything about this and it kept me on my toes throughout the whole novel! Amazing!

I loved the demi-god concept! The whole cycle and everything was absolutely interesting, and the characters were absolutely great!

The chemistry between the couples was absolutely amazing! I absolutely loved Lucas and Helen, regardless of what Daphne says! They are so hot and amazing together! Jason and Claire are sooooooooo cute!!! Matt and Ariadne are cute too!

And the Delos clan! Amazing! I would kill to be in a family like that! The Delos are totally awesome, and they are a main factor that drew me in, in addition to Lucas and Helen!

I love the plot so far and am seriously dying to read the two sequels! ARGH! The feels in this book killed me sooooo much! Left me dying! I love Josephine Angelini so much for writing something this awesome!

Read from May 23 to 25, 2014
Renee Winters has changed. When she looks in the mirror, a beautiful girl with an older, sadder face stares back. Her condition has doctors mystified, but Renee can never reveal the truth: she died last May, and was brought back to life by the kiss of her Undead soul mate, Dante Berlin.

Just when Renee has almost given up hope, she learns of the Nine Sisters--brilliant scholars who, according to legend, found a way to cheat death. She can't shake the feeling that they are somehow connected to her dreams, strange visions that hint at a discovery so powerful, and so dangerous, that some will stop at nothing to protect it.
Renee thought she knew the truth about life and death. But there is a secret woven through history that holds the only hope for Dante and Renee. Unless they find answers soon, their time together is doomed to be cut short.
Oh. My. GOD!!!

This was utter perfection! Life Eternal was sooooooooo amazing!!! It skyrocketed way beyond my expectations and was utter perfection!!!

First, I loved everything about it! Renee was amazing! Dante was amazing! Noah was amazing! Everything was amazing!!!

And the ending!!! Oh my God!!! I literally suffered from a mini heart attack! I'm really heartbroken about how Noah ended up in the end but I still loved it to teeny tiny bits!

And Dante, OH MY GOD!!! When Renee realized the The Reality, I teared up so bad 'cause goddamnit, Dante is the greatest boyfriend ev-er!!! Amazing!!!!

Yvonne Woon is one hell of a writer! If I ever meet her in person I would most probably fall at her feet and kiss her feet 'cause SHE JUST INTRODUCED PERFECTION TO THIS WORLD!!!!

Kimberly Derting, author of The Body Finder series, writes powerfully and movingly of a girl with dangerous powers in an unusual and expertly crafted setting."

The Pledge is the first book that I've completed reading on PulseIt and it was mind-blowing!!!

This novel drew me in from the very first word! Actually, first glimpse, because that cover is absolutely amazing! I loved everything about The Pledge! The plot was very intriguing and the characters were really good!

I loved the idea of the Queendoms. It was a pleasant change to read of the struggles of our lead character in a world of girl power! I loved Derting's POV shifts; the way that she lets us glimpse the rest of the entourage just pumps up the excitement!

And then there's Charliena "Charlie"... and Max... and Xander... and Brooklyn... and Angelina!!! Amazingly strong characters; kept me rooting for them from the very beginning! I love the chemistry between Charlie and Max, and Xander's mysterious and witty self! I love the part where Xander curtsies in the ending chapter! And that epilogue!!! So much promise amid steaminess that left me dying for more! Absolutely epic!

So, as you can most obviously see, I loved reading this book (which I did in around 24 hours) and I am dying to read the rest of this trilogy! And this just got a VIP pass to my Amazon wish list ;)

Book Review: Forsaken (The Demon Trappers, #1) by Jana Oliver

Read from December 25 to 29, 2013
Riley Blackthorne just needs a chance to prove herself—and that’s exactly what the demons are counting on...
Seventeen-year-old Riley, the only daughter of legendary Demon Trapper, Paul Blackthorne, has always dreamed of following in her father's footsteps. The good news is, with human society seriously disrupted by economic upheaval and Lucifer increasing the number of demons in all major cities, Atlanta’s local Trappers’ Guild needs all the help they can get—even from a girl. When she’s not keeping up with her homework or trying to manage her growing crush on fellow apprentice, Simon, Riley’s out saving distressed citizens from foul-mouthed little devils – Grade One Hellspawn only, of course, per the strict rules of the Guild. Life’s about as normal as can be for the average demon-trapping teen.
But then a Grade Five Geo-Fiend crashes Riley’s routine assignment at a library, jeopardizing her life and her chosen livelihood. And, as if that wasn’t bad enough, sudden tragedy strikes the Trappers’ Guild, spinning Riley down a more dangerous path than she ever could have imagined. As her whole world crashes down around her, who can Riley trust with her heart—and her life?
This. Was. Amazing!!! Totally blew my mind to Mars! I loved everything about it!

Of course, from the start of the book, it's obvious that Riley and Beck have something going on, though they seem to be pretty oblivious (at least Riley was). I love the tension and chemistry between them. It kept me on my toes throughout the story! I kept making muffled squeals!

I was pretty mad at Simon and that made me feel bad. The guy's pretty decent, but helllllooooo, Beck? I was sort of hoping that he'd die in the end. Meh, when did I get so homicidal?

And of course, Riley is an awesome lead! She kept me interested and I love her impulsiveness! And she's kicking hell's butt one demon at a time, so whooooooo! Go Riley!!!

Overall, this book got a 5/5 and I was near-screaming when I finished it! I am dying to read the rest of the series and maybe I'll Amazon -which I hardly do - coz I feel like an active volcano right now! You nailed it, Jana Oliver!!!
